Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khairunneezam Mohd. Noor
He is a Senior Lecturer in Da’wah and Islamic Management Program, Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Development) and a Master of Science (Human Resource Development) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai Johor. In 2013, he was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Management from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. His expertise is in the areas of Human Resource Management and Development, Organizational Behavior, Teamwork, Leadership and Motivation. His writings and research revolve around leadership issues, job satisfaction, work-life balance, and higher education sector issues. He is a columnist for several mainstream newspapers and news portals such as Harian Metro, Berita Harian, Utusan Malaysia, Bernama and the Malaysia Gazette. He is the Subject Matter Expert and Head of the Drafting, Evaluating and Examining Groups for the Business Management paper, Matriculation Division, the Ministry of Education Malaysia. He has also been a Panel Speaker for the Qalb-Guided Leadership Program and Module, Malaysian Academy of Higher Education Leadership, AKEPT. He is often invited as a motivator, speaker, and facilitator in various genres of programs for government and private educational organizations and institutions.
