ASSOC. PROF. DR. AZMAN AB RAHMAN
Azman Ab Rahman was graduated in Bachelor Fiqh and Usul Fiqh from the University al-Bayt, Mafraq, Jordan. He holds Master and Philosophy High Degree (PhD) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in Fiqh and Usul Fiqh area. Currently, he holds a position of Associate Professor at Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. He is very active in publishing many researches and writing regarding issues of contemporary zakat and entrepreneurship. He has been teaching almost fifteen years as a lecturer. In addition, he has actively presenting the research paper either in local or abroad seminar. He already published the entrepreneurship book entitled ‘Modul Keusahawanan Islam, 2015’ as a corresponding author. He has published an article, entitled ‘Pengurusan Institusi Zakat dalam Pelaksanaan Program Usahawan Asnaf di Malaysia in the chapter of book ‘Islamic Perspective on Management: Contemporary Issues’. In proceeding, he acted as a co-author such as ‘A study of Determining the Association between Entrepreneurship Education and Intention to become Entrepreneurs among University Students in Malaysia’. Next he joined in publishing several proceeding in 2015 entitled Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Religiosity, Inclination on becoming Muslimpreneur among Students in Malaysia, The Influence of Parent’s Background on Students, Entrepreneurship Intention: A comparison between Two groups, Pemerkasaan Konsep Tawhidik dalam Keusahawanan Islam, Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PEC) among Students: Case Studies of Students Practising Business in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Fostering Entrepreneurial Intention Through Religiosity under the Proceeding of International Future Global Economic Conference (IFOGED).
